the hotel had a good location. i used the bikes to get around. it was awesome to cycle to the beach. the pool was great and very refreshing.

the staff were very nice but were sometimes overwhelmed. they tried to handle all the customer needs, but sometimes were stretched. rooms were a bit small. there was only one elevator .

The customer service wasn't great. getting drinking water late at night was impossible because the kitchen was closed. It seemed like a very simple request, but i was denied. this made me question the 5-star rating.

i found the staff helpful and friendly! thinh and trang were especially lovely and always available to assist, the breakfast offered a good array of choices, including made-to-order omelets and eggs, the swimming pools were a joy, promising relaxation and beautiful scenery.

the wifi connection was intermittent, challenging at times! the air conditioning did not quite maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature, it seemed to cycle on and off.
